COHO CARES is an initiative designed to increase opportunities of access for under-insured and uninsured individuals who are in living in low income situations and homelessness. These services will include:

• Rental Assistance
• Utility Assistance
• Oral Health Care
• Therapy Services for individuals and families (Coming Soon) 
• General Health Services (Coming Soon)

What to bring when applying for assistance:

• Proof of income for entire household (paystubs, Social Security letter, etc.)
• Most recent bill 
• Driver's License or alternate Photo ID
