The City of Hope Outreach exists as a community development organization to advocate for others by developing thriving neighborhoods in Central Arkansas's underserved areas. We endeavor to influence change through unique community engagement and philanthropic support. Imagine men, women, and children existing in spaces where they live and develop every aspect of the self.
