Tacara Green is the Chief Programs Officer for the City of Hope Outreach (CoHO). She began volunteering with CoHO in January 2024, initially developing a nine-month program for single moms. After laying that foundation, she expanded her impact across various areas before officially joining the staff in the summer. With a background in case management and training and development, Tacara brings both expertise and passion to her role. She believes deeply in ministry and service, embodying the "boots on the ground" mindset that defines CoHO. Walking and working alongside the community is what drives her every day.
